ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE

Dear Members,

In line with article 38(1) of the Constitution, Members are provided with dates of general meetings of the Association as below:

27 September 2020	Online with zoom availability
25 October 2020	In person at a location
29 November 2020	Online with zoom availability
27 December 2020	In person at a location
31 January 2021	Online with zoom availability
28 February 2021	In person at a location
28 March 2021	Online with zoom availability
25 April 2021	In person at a location
30 May 2021	Online with zoom availability
27 June 2021	In person at a location
25 July 2021	Online with zoom availability
29 August 2021	In person at a location
26 September 2021	Online with zoom availability

The items of discussion for each date of the meeting will be informed to Members nearer to the date of the meeting and location as required.
We would ask that Members note the above dates in their diaries as fines will be applied to Members that fail to attend meetings.
